What’s Included in Your On-Site Tune-Up: 1. Precision Shifter Adjustment ⚙️ We fine-tune your gear system by adjusting cable tension and derailleur alignment. The result? Clean, crisp gear changes with every shift—no skipping, no grinding. 2. Handlebar Realignment 🛠️ Misaligned handlebars can throw off your control and comfort. We ensure everything is straight, secure, and positioned for optimal handling and stability. 3. Brake System Tune-Up 🛑 Your brakes are your lifeline. We inspect pad wear, align them for perfect rim contact, adjust lever feel and cable tension—so you stop when you need to, with confidence. 4. Tire Inflation Check 💨 We check each tire’s pressure and pump them to their ideal PSI. This boosts traction, reduces rolling resistance, and makes your ride feel lighter and more responsive. 5. Cable Lubrication 🔧 Cables are lubricated to eliminate friction, allowing for better shifting and braking response throughout your ride. 6. Bearing Check & Adjustment (One Area) 🔍 We include one bearing area (excluding crank bearings), such as your headset or wheel hub. ➕ Additional bearing adjustments are just $10 each. ⚠️ Appointment Limit: We can service up to 3 bikes per mobile appointment. If you need more than 3 bikes serviced at once, a second appointment must be booked to accommodate the extra time and attention needed for each bike. 🏡 Done Right at Your Door No need to load your bike into a car or wait at a shop. Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: Saturday October 26th 2024 Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our General Service Policy outlined below: Cancellation Policy: Customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice for the cancellation of scheduled appointments. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 75% of the base service fee to the credit card utilized at the time of booking. Punctuality: Given the high demand for our services, our mechanics will wait no longer than 10 minutes from the time of arrival. If no response is received within this timeframe, the appointment will be deemed a no-show, and the customer will be liable for the full amount of the service, including any pre-discussed adjustments related to distance. Customers are encouraged to reply promptly if contacted by our mechanics to avoid any disruption to the service. Weather Considerations: In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., rain or snow) that impede our ability to perform services, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a suitable covered location (such as a patio, garage, etc.) for our mechanics to work. If an adequate workspace is not provided, the appointment will be canceled, and the customer will incur the full service charge. Lubricants and Potential Staining: Customers acknowledge that our maintenance services may involve the application of lubricants, which could result in dripping or spray. By booking this appointment, customers confirm the existence of a designated area where staining from oils will not be a concern. We disclaim any liability for damages or staining to floors, driveways, patios, decks, or footpaths. While reasonable precautions will be taken to mitigate staining risks, customers understand that such occurrences may still happen. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this General Service Policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide exceptional service to all our customers.
