Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: Saturday October 26th 2024 Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our General Service Policy outlined below: Cancellation Policy: Customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice for the cancellation of scheduled appointments. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 75% of the base service fee to the credit card utilized at the time of booking. Punctuality: Given the high demand for our services, our mechanics will wait no longer than 10 minutes from the time of arrival. If no response is received within this timeframe, the appointment will be deemed a no-show, and the customer will be liable for the full amount of the service, including any pre-discussed adjustments related to distance. Customers are encouraged to reply promptly if contacted by our mechanics to avoid any disruption to the service. Weather Considerations: In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., rain or snow) that impede our ability to perform services, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a suitable covered location (such as a patio, garage, etc.) for our mechanics to work. If an adequate workspace is not provided, the appointment will be canceled, and the customer will incur the full service charge. Lubricants and Potential Staining: Customers acknowledge that our maintenance services may involve the application of lubricants, which could result in dripping or spray. By booking this appointment, customers confirm the existence of a designated area where staining from oils will not be a concern. We disclaim any liability for damages or staining to floors, driveways, patios, decks, or footpaths. While reasonable precautions will be taken to mitigate staining risks, customers understand that such occurrences may still happen. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this General Service Policy.
