Every frame undergoes a 50-point structural integrity inspection to detect any structural flaws or wear points.

Deep Restoration
The bike is dismantled to the core. All parts are ultrasonic cleaned, degreased, and polished to a factory finish.
03 • Replace
Precision Upgrade
Worn drivetrain and braking components are replaced with premium certified new parts for smooth, reliable shifting.
04 • Test
Final Certification
A master mechanic performs a final road test to certify that every Repack'd bicycle performs at its absolute peak.
